Shift:

Full Time (40 hours)

Day Shift, 8:30 am - 5:00pm

Exempt

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Vice President of Care Transformation, the Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of department projects, activities, reports, schedules and collection and management of data. Develops office procedures to ensure efficient and timely operations. Supports assigned committees (minutes, meeting arrangements, research projects).

Education:

Two years of college, business school, or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Work Experience:

Requires five years related experience at the administrative level to prepare complex reports, analyze data, solve problems and provide educational programs. (Nine years required without an Associate's Degree)

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of office and administrative procedures and ability to organize and prioritize tasks normally acquired through five to seven years of related experience.
  • Experience in the use of standard word processing, power point and spreadsheet software.
  • Strong project, office management, and communications skills, analytical ability to manipulate data; maintain office manuals, reference materials and database structures.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills necessary to interact diplomatically with diverse groups of people, exchange information and produce written correspondence.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information and situations.
