American Laboratories is seeking a qualified Project Coordinator to add to our ever growing team!

General Description

A fast-paced, team oriented role which will work with the Director of Project Management and multiple Company departments with supporting the planning, execution, and management of projects, including:
  • Create network diagrams, Gantt charts, and/or other project schedules.
  • Facilitate team meetings, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Take action to appropriately monitor, analyze, and control projects.
  • Track operational objectives and project deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Administrative support including planning, scheduling logistics, document and communication preparation, and record keeping.
  • Organize and maintain project files, documentation, and databases.
  • Prioritization and balance of multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Assist company departments with internal project planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Work closely with and report project updates to Department Managers, Senior Management, and Executives ensuring adherence to scope and schedule.
  • As the workload demand changes for the department, additional responsibilities may be required.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or appropriate combination of experience, education and training.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Project
  • One or more years of experience in a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulated environment is preferred
  • One or more years of project experience is preferred
  • Experience with Current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMP) regulations is preferred
  • Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
