Project Coordinator PSJH

Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Project Coordinator PSJH to our location in Seattle, WA; Portland OR; Beaverton, OR; Missoula, MT or Irvine, CA.
We are seeking a Project Coordinator responsible for assisting in the implementation of projects and programs assigned to the Clinical Technology Services team. Clinical Technology Services encompasses clinical engineering, end-user services (desktop), and the service desk. The Project Coordinator will participate in, coordinate logistics, and help facilitate relevant project meetings, manage project tasks, maintain project documentation, SharePoint sites and online document repositories, and draft communications. The Project Coordinator must be effective in time management while dealing with multiple projects and tasks. They will utilize their strong Office365 technical skills to effectively complete documentation and communication tasks to support project efforts.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide project coordination support, including meeting scheduling, documentation, materials preparation, and other project-related administrative tasks
- Proactively execute tasks on communication plans and detailed project plans
- Perform assigned individual project tasks and contributes to completion of team tasks accurately and timely
- Draft email and newsletter communications related to project work as requested by leadership
- Manage small or low complexity project tasks with minimal supervision
- Develop, maintain and distribute program/project information and documentation using standard documentation. May include meeting agendas, minutes, scheduling meetings, status reports, SharePoint sites, project plans, and others
- Establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with other IS teams and stakeholders in areas outside of CTS
- Proactive communication with sponsors, stakeholders and team members
Qualifications:
Required qualifications for this position includes:
- (Two) 2 years: Demonstrated work experience in organizing, facilitating, and assisting in planning a project or business/clinical operations
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Demonstrated written communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Able to build strong customer relationships
- Develop and deliver effective presentations
- Promote information sharing
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills
- Able to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines
- Able to drive multiple projects to successful completion
- Possess flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Perform work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred qualifications for this position includes:
- Associate's Degree or at least two years of coursework in Project Management, Business Management, Communications, or an Information Technology related field
- Coursework/Training: (CAPM) - Certified Associate in Project Management or other coursework in Project Management methodology and principles
- Possess strong technical aptitude
