Location: 1812 Ashland Avenue, Ste. 300, Baltimore, MD 21205

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 (with potential to work from home, after 2-3 - based on performance).

  • Respond to emails/cover for emails when team members are out
  • Maintaining EAA (Education Affiliation Agreements)
  • Maintaining correspondence w/various schools regarding incoming students
  • Must know your way around ADOBE and be familiar with MS Suite
  • 2 years college or four years of experience, in addition to 3 years experience
  • Profession and friendly customer service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and anticipate needs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong project management/communication
  • Must have strong work ethic
