Reporting to the Provider Services Operations Manager, the Project Coordinator III performs a variety of functions to support internal operations teams. You will understand our product suites and becomes a trusted product business resource for Availity associates on selected products and services.

To be qualified for this position you: • Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an account management, project management, training or communications role• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Project Coordinator II or combination of experience/expertise in a relevant Project Coordination role• Should be a strong critical thinker and have the ability to identify the right next steps to achieve goals and meet deadlines• Lead through influence and are confident, holding others accountable • Think strategically and can plan ahead and have a continuous improvement mindset• Are an expert with MS suite of products with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint and are efficient with tools like JIRA, SQL and Confluence• Communicate clearly and concisely, and are comfortable communicating in a matrixed environment • Have basic project management skills

You will be: • Coordinating and facilitating cross functional meetings• Become and Availity products SME, creating internal resource materials and templates• Assisting internal staff with product questions • Working with Product teams when information gaps are identified • Managing vendor relationships to support vendor invoicing activities• Conducting a variety of miscellaneous product related activities (e.g. process product or service enhancement requests and client feedback)• Coordinating, hosting, and occasionally conducting staff educational sessions as well as occasionally conducting client webinars; monitoring associated utilization and sales leads • Conducting assigned activities for product launches• Organizing/coordinating product launch Operational Readiness teams for new product and enhancement type launches, including facilitating meetings, holding teams accountable to tasks and deadlines, tracking progress and providing status updates • Coordinating the effort to bridge gaps between the cross functional departments to solve problems, improve efficiencies and improve the client experience• Conducting continuous improvement activities (such as Lessons Learned)• Working with leadership to execute and maintain the CX Launch Strategy
