Red Ventures is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Financial Services vertical. In this position, you will be responsible for managing projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.  You’ll be working closely with external partners to coordinate on new initiatives, in addition to collaborating with internal marketing and compliance teams.  As a Project Coordinator, you will track initiatives from ideation through implementation, communicate with external publishers to ensure compliance with often-changing product offers and gain buy-in from partners on new customer experience initiatives.

What You'll Do: 

• Manage partner approval process and feedback on marketing initiatives, collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams
• Ensure that agreed-upon team workflow/process is followed
• Attend and participate actively in all necessary company and partner status meetings
• Keep detailed records of the partner approval and feedback of a project and share information as necessary
• Communicate details of product changes with external publisher network to ensure compliance requirements are met
• Assist with database updates to product information to help maintain existing product suite and various on-site experiences
• Identify, quantify, and prioritize product-related stop-gaps, roadblocks and challenges to be addressed for process improvement
• Create and update documentation to standardize best practices
