Key Responsibilities

  • Supports and develops processes and programs for the IFM Operational Excellence (Work Order Management, Facility & Asset Condition Inspection Program Management, Initiative Management, etc.) team as an extended resource of regional execution facility management & engineering teams
  • Lead, develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce costs, increase efficiency, productivity, or quality and/orreduce risk for the Client or Firm regarding local, state, and/or federal laws and regulations by working closely with the Facility Management field team and the Client
  • Drive oversight of violations program management activities to ensure portfolio compliance, inclusive of annual municipality/regulatory permitting requirements, OSHA poster refreshes etc.
  • Provide leadership oversight of the Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery team
  • Serve as exterior lighting compliance program manager for lighting, signage and maintenance issues identified at retail locations. Implement governance processes and best practices to mitigate risk by meeting requirements/complying with standards.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and maintain programs, policies, process/procedures, and playbooks for systems/users within the service line, inclusive of establishing controls
  • Engage in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging business intelligence, adopting, and participating in the development of best practices, new tools, process re-engineering and other ideas that provider service delivery efficiencies.
  • Document management processes and ensure appropriate governance/compliance across the global portfolio - provide training on assigned responsibilities
  • Develop and execute appropriate reporting routines to support platform, region, account, and/or Client goals and objectives
  • Manage client relationships inclusive of but not limited to, responding to requests in a timely manner, appropriately setting expectations, leading initiatives and/or projects to successful completion
  • Coordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, career development planning and incentive/salary administration
  • Perform additional job duties, as requested.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial real estate and/or Facilities Management
  • Knowledge of standard commercial real estate, business, and accounting practices
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook) and G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
  • Strategic user of business intelligence, data, reporting & analytics to drive efficiency
  • Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service and exhibits strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally in a clear and concise manner
  • Must possess a high degree of innovation, be detail oriented, organized, flexible and willing to assume new projects
  • Strong team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
