Summary

The Strategic Partnerships Program Manager serves as the hub for all activities in AiCure’s Partnerships channel. These activities span overall timeline management, coordinating meetings, budget monitoring, vendor management, adherence to company SOPs, risk monitoring and mitigation, reporting, and education on AiCure’s best practices. The Program Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with the company’s leadership, business development, operations, and engineering/product teams to deliver high quality, value add solutions for our partners. This role combines strategy with exceptional tactical execution. It requires advanced skills project management as well as excellent leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of each assigned implementation, including budget, staffing, project plan and client deliverables while maintaining high client satisfaction by providing proactive communication and issue/risk management.
  • Manage communications and expectations with Clinical Research Organizations, Allied Partners and key AiCure internal stakeholders to ensure on time and on budget implementations and high client satisfaction
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently that are deployed in the US and globally, maintaining project schedule and quality deliverables in a dynamic environment.
  • Coordinate with other Client Services personnel as well as Engineering and Product resources to ensure the timely and quality preparation of project deliverables based on assigned scope-of-services.
  • Oversee development and approval of cross-functional materials, such as sales decks, training guides, and templated regulatory or legal documents.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and exceed client’s expectations in compliance with Quality Management governance procedures.
  • Report to Director, Partnerships, support as needed in partner meetings, communicate project status, risks, and escalations
  • Manage and coordinate RFP’s and RFI’s from CRO partner, ensuring proper expectation setting and on-time delivery of all deliverables according to agreed upon timelines

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align our goals with new and existing partner relationships to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Assist in sourcing and vetting new partnership requests including researching, identifying and qualifying prospective partners, clients, new contacts and managing outreach efforts, developing slide materials and follow up messages.
  • Assist in the SOW development, reporting and financial tracking of strategic partnership activities.
  • Support facilitation and execution of Partnership materials & communications. collaborate with internal and external marketing and communication teams on collateral, partner recap development, website maintenance, social media approval and postings.
  • Salesforce Partner Account Management - With Partnership Director guidance data entry/Salesforce support for entering full account profile information and contact information for segment HUB/Patient Services and for segment technology/consulting companies
  • Salesforce Partner accounts management ensures appropriate documentation is uploaded to appropriate accounts including any NDA, SOW/MSA, Status flags.
  • Manage/help schedule meetings with partner contacts including introductory meetings, internal debriefs, partner Capability /presentation mtgs.
  • Follow up & collaborate with AiCure teams on routine/basic pre-sales related partner prospect questions.
  • Complete, with Partner Director, a “Debrief Actions” meeting after every intro partner client call and then as needed collaborate with Value Services or products or Operations teams to get answer and feedback during pre – sales cycle.


Required Education & Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in project management ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry, Academic Medicine, Technology, CRO or related field. Clinical trial working knowledge is a plus.
  • Understand the software life cycle and the specification and configuration of software products
  • Must be self-directed, results-oriented coupled with strong attention to detail, strong people skills and good judgment. Forward-thinking with ability to take initiative. Many of the operational processes are evolving daily with each new deployment.
  • Must possess strong client and vendor relationship skills, with an ability to convey complex service project information and resolve project issues.
  • Must be able to focus and prioritize effectively to complete his/her work in a demanding, deadline oriented environment.
  • Ownership and management of project budgets, invoicing, project work plans, resource allocation and deliverable management. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience managing direct and indirect resources in a functionally matrixed environment.
  • Ability and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to implement a cutting-edge clinical trial solution
  • Bring a passionate, collaborative, and innovative mindset to the AiCure team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel for business.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Salesforce.
  • Leveraging lead retrieval tools ie GlobalData, Linkedin, Zoom to request meetings with various contacts.
  • Fluency in English (will be required to write, speak, and understand English to conduct day-to day business).
