The Role
We are looking for a person who is passionate about defining, preparing for, and executing collaboratively on the definitive moments in the product development process. You will form a foundational component of the Product and Tech teams at Reorg which produce enhancement ideas, execute them and drive adoption across all client types. You have an understanding of how Product and Technology teams work together excellently and will scale that excellence across the teams.
Responsibilities
- Implement the process for project prioritization and execution at Reorg across the Product, Tech, and contributing members of the product development process
- Prepare the prioritization and implementation process with clear scorecards, written communication, and dependency maps to drive efficiency and transparency across the contributing teams
- Maintain and enforce standards for preparedness across contributors and stakeholders
- Ensure that projects are sized for technology readiness and that Agile ceremonies, activities and organizational design are consistent across the team
- Partner with CTO and CPO to improve their overall effective product and technology operations, including organizational design, operating model and operational excellence
- Enforce and report out on Product and Technology OKRs and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration of related field
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management with a track record of cross-functional collaboration and execution
- Exceptional organization, communication, time management skills with great attention to detail
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with JIRA
