Program Manager

Position Summary:

Corrigo is seeking a Program Manager to join our Account Optimization and Projects team. This candidate, reporting to the Account Optimization Director, should possess strong cross-functional leadership skills to drive completion to concurrent multi-phases of projects; including project evaluation, program design, leadership alignment, and implementation. The candidate will work to identify client/system deployment issues, develop testing strategies and maintain and create business opportunities - for multiple Programs. The Program Manager will help perform an array of tasks required as requested by the Account Optimization Team, JLL, and Corrigo partners. This position requires a technology-savvy individual who has experience in working with SaaS Clients and in driving company strategies. They will work directly with our clients and help to ensure continuous success. The individual will work collaboratively with various product teams within JLL including Operations Excellence, Next Generation Maintenance, Sourcing, etc. as needed to ensure the client business success and drive organizational change objectives.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact to customer and organization.
  • Designing end-to-end, scalable business programs including controls and metrics to measure and manage process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with and supporting technical staff in enhancing or developing new solutions
  • Development of overall program strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver.
  • Preparing and executing training of business users regarding new systems, processes or enhancements.
  • Provide support to business and systems management in addressing complex business issues, conducting feasibility studies and business cases, performing cost/benefit analysis, assessing risks, presenting recommendations to management, implementing solutions, identifying potential information technology vendors and recommending purchases.
  • Support/participate in testing to ensure accuracy, completeness and validity of exchanged data
  • Monitor projects to ensure client application solutions meet business and functional requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret key consumer information in support of client-specific business objectives and desired outcomes
  • Define, implement and maintain best practices for enhancing data quality, consistency, usability, security and availability
  • Manage and identify change requests and analyze impact of changes to the project for delivery.
  • Prepare and present consumer insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage past learning and category/business knowledge in support of client business decision making.
  • Identify & Communicate opportunities for Additional Services, Product Usage, or integrations.
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Proficient in MS Proj Plan, Visio, PPT, MS Word and Excel.
  • Must have prior experience in an external customer/client facing environment
  • Team-oriented, very responsible, self-motivated, and focused on exceeding client expectations


Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong strategic analytical skills with an ability to carry through with delivering on implementation of the strategies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all relevant stakeholders: from new client prospects, existing clients, internal managed staff to the internal Executive team and major shareholders.
  • Ability to provide accurate analysis and assessment, while maintaining a sense of urgency to meet the needs of business changes.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving quantitative and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment.
  • Must have proven ability to understand a complex technical environment.
  • Experience conducting business assessments & analysis, and interpreting the results into custom multifaceted enterprise solutions
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually-changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Knowledge and ability to understand and negotiate complex risk
  • Ability to work across departments internally to solve any client issues that arise


Working Environment:

  • Position may include domestic travel
  • Remote position with occasional request work in office/conference setting


Minimum Required Education:

Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science).

Experience: 5+ years of relevant software experience

Experience working with Corrigo CMMS systems is a PLUS

Analytical skills to utilize Tableau and Snowflake, having the ability to query data, and use to identify and solve problems is a PLUS
