What you will be doing
Client Engagement & Retention (CERT) is responsible for developing and executing initiatives to drive revenue and CX improvements from onboarding through the entire client lifecycle. CERT is a data-driven organization that utilizes agile project management methodology and quickly adapts to the ever-changing payments environment. As our efforts continue to expand, we are searching for a high functioning Program Manager to join the team and quickly make an impact.   • Owns developing project plans for strategic initiatives & driving accountability across the organization for associated tasks & timelines
  • Designs, implements, and supports our instance of Asana and champions its use across NAMS
  • Develops centralized process to improve new hire provisioning, system access requests within CERT, and license management
  • Organizes & facilitates a variety of internal meetings to include creating agendas, collecting materials, publishing minutes, and ensuring resolution of follow-up items
  • Other functions may include business process ownership, system access administration, and/or data analysis


What you bring:

  • Knowledge & practice in Six Sigma methodology
  • Prior implementation and/or management of a modern project management system; Asana preferred
  • Knowledge & practice of Agile project management
  • 5+ years leading moderate to complex programs and/or projects
  • Highly structured and known by leadership/peers to be a "task master"
  • Working understanding of SFDC preferred
  • Functional in Tableau or similar tool preferred
