Job Description
You
As the Program Manager you shall act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the effort. You will direct efforts of cross-competency teams including Contractors at multiple locations and shall serve as the primary interface and POC with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and project issues. As PM, you will be responsible for regularly briefing leadership on program status and milestones. You will oversee Contractor personnel project operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the contractual, technical, multi-disciplinary engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support effort, and monitoring and reporting progress.

Program Mission
This project supports accelerating the scaling of Artificial Intelligence and its impact across the Department of Defense. Working closely with the Services, Combatant Commands, and other Components, the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC) identifies appropriate use cases for AI across DoD, rapidly pilots solutions, and scales impact across our enterprise.

Requirements
- Must be an employee of the prime offeror or have an offer of employment from the prime offeror that the PM intends to accept in the event of an award being made to the offeror.
- Possess a minimum of ten years of Project Management experience managing complex projects in an IT engineering or big data environment.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, or equivalent program or project management certification.
- Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC P/PM) Level 3.
- Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification.
- Possess a minimum of five years of experience managing projects utilizing non-traditional program management methodologies (e.g., agile) in a big data environment.
- Possess a minimum of ten years of experience in an IC, military, or other Government environment performing in a related subject area (e.g., project management, engineering, computer science) to that of the CO
Desired Skills
- Possess a Master of Business and Management (MBM), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), or a master's degree in a related technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics).
