ASRC Federal NetCentric Technology is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and project management services for Army C5ISR mission-critical systems.We are seeking a Program Manager support the Army program management office at the Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.Roles/Responsibilities:• Manages all contractor personnel to ensure that all are performing appropriately. • Assists in creating, updating, coordinating, and staffing required programmatic documentation for government customer.• Reviews and analyzes current draft and/or approved versions of program documentation for consistency, conformity to C5ISR requirements, adherence to higher headquarters directives. • Reviews program documents for consistency of schedules, test strategy, and force level interoperability requirements. • Assists the soldiers/end users in requirements research by ensuring requirements can be achieved with either current or anticipated technology; evaluating and balancing user desires against anticipated budget expectations; and assisting and educating users to encourage the development of testable requirements.• Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review tasks plans and deliverable items. • Ensures conformance with program tasks, schedules and costs.
