Narvar is scaling!  We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to own the challenge of setting the course for our commercial growth and being involved in the delivery of these initiatives in a fast paced environment.  The Program Manager is responsible for creating a common purpose across functions that aligns with organizational strategy and integrating the efforts of cross-functional teams to successfully deliver program objectives.  Our program managers are creative problem solvers who are laser focused on bringing the best experience to our commercial customers.

Day-to-day

• Translate strategy and business goals into specific program objectives
• Define measurable program objectives with direct connection to business goals
• Consistently manage and synchronize cross-project dependencies
• Drive multiphase customer implementations effectively, ensuring all deadlines and contractual deliverables are met on time and in scope
• Present technical solutions effectively to stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with commercial customers on both technical and business topics
• Anticipate customer needs and actively troubleshoot issues to further increase time to value
• Establish measures of success to ensure program deliverables produce the intended outcomes
• Develop and maintain deep program content knowledge knowledge

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a program manager at a SaaS company 
• Ability to thrive in an environment with a high degree of change and competing priorities
• Experience in measuring progress, identifying gaps and balancing product tasks
• Track record for managing multiple projects at once, with varying stages of implementation
• Pride in being highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting, leading large groups of people using indirect authority to meet critical goals
• Demonstrable experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base
• Superior communication and problem-solving skills, customer focus and results orientation
• Technically savvy and ad ease leading both technical and non-technical discussion
• Previous startup experience strongly preferred
