Position Summary

The Program Manager position is part of the Enterprise Platform team and reports into the Director, Enterprise Program Management. This position will help lead the cross-company coordination and management for the strategic, enterprise-wide Intelligent Healthcare Platform (IHP).

This position will align closely and work in partnership with multiple teams, Business, Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering/ R&D, Technical Operations, Client Onboarding, Client Services, and Marketing, on the holistic success of the IHP program. The EPM will coordinate with these teams to ensure alignment and progress against the program objectives and targets.

This position can be based remotely within daily driving commuting distance of the following locations:

San Mateo CA, Emeryville, CA, Nashville, TN

What You Will Be Doing

The Enterprise Program Manager (EPM) will assist in the following:

  • Planning, strategic coordination of technical and business roadmaps, critical dependencies, successes and execution challenges
  • Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering/ R&D, Technical Operations, Client Onboarding, Client Services, and Marketing, on the holistic success of the IHP program
  • The EPM will coordinate with these teams to ensure alignment and progress against the program objectives and targets.
  • The EPM will assist with planning, strategic coordination of technical and business roadmaps, critical dependencies, successes and execution challenges


What You Need for this Position

Minimum requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager (strong preference for Agile-Scrum SDLC experience)


Critical Skills:

  • Knowledge of data warehousing principles and dimensional data modelling
  • Experience working with remote teams in an agile environment and directly with product managers and product owners
  • Good understanding of, and experience with, technical systems; ability to identify technical solutions for business problems
  • Understand the software development life cycle


Additional Knowledge and Skills:

  • Effective verbal/written communication skills, strong listening, negotiation and facilitation skills and the ability to develop and deliver presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple teams within multiple geographic locations to meet demanding deliverables
  • Self-motivated, able to work remotely, innovative and a detailed oriented professional with project management experience
  • SAFe experience and/or certifications such as the SPC, POPM or SSM preferred
  • Ability to travel and estimated 25%


Education:

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu of formal education

Colorado Residents Only:

The base pay range for Colorado residents is $91,500 - $152,500 plus any relevant incentive pay programs that may be aligned to the role. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your base pay, Change Healthcare offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Health, dental and vision plans; wellness program; health savings account; flexible spending accounts; 401(k) retirement plan; life insurance; short-term and long-term disability insurance; Employee Assistance Program; PTO; tuition reimbursement; and employee-paid critical illness and accident insurance.

The base pay range for Colorado residents is $86,925.00 - $160,125.00 plus any relevant incentive pay programs that may be aligned to the role.
