Job Description

The IOTG Edge Execution Office Team's charter is to lead in execution and operational excellence in a way that drives organizational alignment for its global cross-functional teams, including execution transparency for intelligent edge products across multiple segments and business units. Our team goal is to build a world class team for program planning, execution, and decision making through a energized and inclusive workforce. The successful candidate for this role should be ready to work in a high paced environment and equipped to bring new methods, new perspectives, innovative ideas and out of the box problem solving skills to support the existing organizational processes and frameworks.

In this role candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Influences organization, business unit or cross-organizational strategies relevant to program goals.
  • Drive, implement, and maintain best-in-class program management practices and methodologies for efficiencies.
  • Creates, tracks, adjusts the program schedule. Assesses risks and dependencies and identifies solutions to timely, efficient achievement of program goals.
  • Sets direction for programs by determining and balancing priorities of the business impact of project/program decisions and operates within the guardrails. Serves as the key interface with execution teams and leadership internally.
  • Independently drive cross-functional and cross-geo efforts within IPE and with IOTG business units.
  • Exercise judgment and discretion to develops solutions, remove obstacles, and redefine approaches.
  • Assist with management of various top priority cross functional projects and product/program related preparation / readiness / follow up -through various phases of project/platform lifecycle. Engage with senior leaders to bring concepts from whiteboard to reality.
  • Ensures appropriate progress against schedule and takes remedial action as appropriate.
  • Advanced understanding of the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined program.
  • Build and manage relationships, communication, negotiation with stakeholders.
  • Communication: communicate progress to plan and future improvements to Leadership and Stakeholders.



Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Finance and 9 + years of experience OR Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Finance and 6 + years of experience
  • Experience in working with internal and external factories, suppliers, OSATs, and FOM.
  • Combined experience in engineering, validation, project/program management, change management, and/or program management.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master, PMP, Agile specialist.
  • Experience with Intel DCAI or NEX divisions, creating and driving processes/frameworks.
  • Experience as a Field Application Engineer (FAE)/Field Sales Engineer (FSE)
  • Strong understanding of SOC pre/post-silicon, manufacturing, validation, SW, quality, and reliability validation processes.
  • Advanced understanding of the technical concepts of silicon manufacturing flow
  • Strong knowledge of silicon architectures, systems, and platform development methods
  • Established matrixed team management skills
  • Experience managing technical vs business trade-offs
  • Master Multi-tasker who enjoys juggling multiple tasks at the same time
  • Proven skills to work with engineering and business teams to deliver results.
  • Experience in working with senior, cross function/cross organization and global teams
  • Strong leadership skills in the areas of defining expectations, removing barriers, receiving, and providing feedback.
  • Deep knowledge of new product development and Intel's PLC process.
  • Solid teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
  • Skills to independently drive across multiple cross-functional and cross-geo efforts.
