About the Role: 

Wing is looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong communication skills and a natural aptitude for building relationships to join our Products & Services Program Management team based in Palo Alto. This person will coordinate the priorities of multiple internal infrastructure and BIS engineering teams, to help us meet some of our most ambitious goals yet. The ideal candidate has a proven track record for managing multiple project schedules, identifying risks, successfully implementing mitigations, and delivering results as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team.

What You’ll Do: 

• Track all aspects of a given project from start to finish, organizing priorities, proactively identifying potential blockers, implementing solutions to mitigate, and escalating as appropriate.
• Own and manage goal-setting for your project team, help evaluate success criteria, and facilitate estimation and prioritization.
• Facilitate milestone meetings and provide regular updates on project and program status to engineering and business leads.
• Act as an agent of change, continually help your partners and stakeholders find clarity and evolve processes as the business scales.

What You’ll Need: 

• BA/BS degree
• 8+ years experience as a program manager or in a related role.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Problem-solver mindset.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to exercise good judgment in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.

Bonus: 

• Experience in IT-related fields and managing SWE/IT projects.
• Experience designing processes in safety related or regulated environment.
• Experience managing multiple country deployment of products.
• Passion or interest in aviation.
