We are seeking a strong and driven Program Manager to join our Strategy & Growth organization to lead strategic and high-impact initiatives for Flyhomes. Reporting to the Director of Program Management, this role is a great fit for an experienced program manager with strong execution and good judgment who thrives in a fast-paced environment with limited oversight.  

What You’ll Do

• Structure and drive collaboration and communication across multiple business functions for large initiatives including rapid market expansion
• Evaluate opportunities, define success metrics, and create and deliver program plans and timelines
• Identify resources, assemble project teams, and assign roles and responsibilities across the teams 
• Communicate goals, responsibilities, issues and project status clearly and succinctly to stakeholders and senior leaders
• Monitor and mitigate issues and risks via effective action and appropriate resolution 
• Drive continuous improvements and build scalable processes for launching new markets and other growth opportunities 

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience running mid-to-large cross-functional projects with varying degrees of complexity in complex organizational settings (e.g., PMO, geographic expansion, etc.)
• An effective influencer with a track record of working effectively with people across the organization to deliver impactful results
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain sophisticated issues to a range of audiences 
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills, and the ability to appropriately prioritize projects to meet deadlines.You know the details while understanding the big picture and focusing on what truly matters.
• A strong bias for action and a “get it done” attitude, as well as a commitment to excellence in your work
• An analytical mindset, structured thinking and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment with high level of ambiguity
