About the Role:

Wing is looking for a Program Manager with strong communication skills and natural aptitude for forming relationships to coordinate the priorities of multiple teams and help us meet some of our most ambitious goals yet.  The right person will have a track record managing a project schedule, identifying risks, successfully implementing  mitigations, and managing stakeholders with differing needs and interests in a fast paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Track all aspects of a given project from start to finish, organizing priorities, proactively identifying potential blockers, brainstorming solutions to mitigate, and escalating as appropriate
• Own and manage goal-setting for your project team, help evaluate success criteria, and facilitate estimation and prioritization 
• Coordinate sprint kick-off, sprint planning, and grooming exercises
• Facilitate weekly team meetings and daily stand-ups, and provide regular updates on project status to engineering and business leads
• Act as an agent of change, continually helping your partners and stakeholders find clarity and reinvent processes as the business scales 

What You'll Need:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4-6 years experience software project management experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Problem-solver mindset
• Comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to exercise good judgment in a rapidly changing and sometimes stressful environment

Bonus:

• Experience designing process in safety related or similar regulated environment
• Experience managing multiple country deployment of products and supporting go to market activities
• Experience driving partner API integration with 3rd parties or other enterprise systems
