Job summary
The Red Hat Global Services Business and Strategy team is looking for a Program Manager to join us. In this role, you will become an ambassador of the team, handling all incoming inquiries, key leadership meetings in close collaboration with the executive assistant, and connection points and managing cross-team initiatives. You will interact with other project leads, executive administrators, and program managers across the company, ensuring alignment and project coordination. You do not have to reside in the U.S. to apply to this role but are ideally located in a time zone to connect with key stakeholders. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
Primary job responsibilities

  • Manage content, key topics, and initiatives for the leadership team, including monthly Sales Leadership team (SLT) meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and ensuring that time is well spent and objectives are achieved
  • Realize QBR outcomes by working with the executive team to ensure follow-up; monitor progress in the achievement of next steps
  • Ensure that all the organization's priorities are clearly communicated and leaders are in alignment
  • Oversee the curated list of all global programs, projects, and workstreams, prioritizing various key initiatives at a given time period while tracking all initiatives
  • Initiate the development of upcoming communications, including presentations, videos, announcements, and speaking engagements, for internal and external audiences in close collaboration with Global Services Marketing team
  • Manage senior vice president (SVP) customer meetings and connection points in close collaboration with executive assistants


Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 6+ years of experience providing professional support to senior-level sales or services leadership team within a global organization; project management experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with an ability to anticipate executives' needs and determine the best use of their time
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under pressure and under tight deadlines
  • Passion about Red Hat's mission and open source technology along with an understanding of the Red Hat's services' role and strategy
