Description
SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead an Integrated Product Support contract for Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Combat Systems, Cyber, and Intelligence (C6I) Systems for Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC LANT).
Work in support of this contract will be primarily be performed on site in Norfolk, VA. The role may allow some remote/flexwork from the local area.
This opportunity is contingent upon contract award, anticipated in Spring/Summer 2022.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex program with a multi-disciplinary team (SAIC and sub-contractors) that provides support for up to 98 separate systems
- Work collaboratively with internal (SAIC) and government (customer) stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedule and budget
- Communicate with customers and cross-functional partners across the company
- Gather information; articulate, analyze, and solve problems; visualize and present information; and provide decision support to achieve positive fleet outcomes
- Create/manage communications for the enterprise, group, and individuals including meeting agendas, briefings, and meeting minutes
- Develop weekly reports on significant activities, report on the effectiveness of events and processes
- Provide oversight and effective coordination with Talent Acquisition to ensure proper program manning/staffing
- Contribute to a strategic BD plan to protect current program and expand account offerings. May serve as Capture Manager to expand current account offerings.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
- Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of PEOC4I Systems, to include: Equipment Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support.
- Eight (8) years of Program Management experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.
- Five (5) years as manager of PEOC4I Projects.
- Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
Required Clearance and Certification:
- Must have Project or Program Management Professional Certification or Certified DAWIA Level 2 or 3 in Program Management.
- Active Secret Security clearance
Target salary range: $150,001 - $175,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
