As a Program Manager at ActiveCampaign, you are part of the Global Services team that is focused on cultivating strong relationships and loyalty with more than 150,000 businesses around the world. Our customers rely on ActiveCampaign to teach and empower them to build successful marketing strategies through one-to-many initiatives. We pride ourselves on using our programs to set customers up for success the moment they start with ActiveCampaign. 

What your day could consist of:

  • Manage the global Scaled Onboarding operations, including vendor and tool management, scheduling, delivery, promotion, and reporting
  • Deliver a true “ActiveCampaign experience” for all attendees through delivery and moderation of Scaled Onboarding programs
  • Create, maintain, and iterate high-impact Scaled Onboarding content for multiple industries that is up-to-date and within AcitveCampaign’s brand standards and style
  • Partner with the Localization Team to ensure the delivery of a global first program, considering all language and regional implications
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales to evangelize the Scaled Onboarding program and communicate impact to product adoption and retention
  • Partner with Marketing on adoption efforts for the Scaled Onboarding program
  • Report on the impact of the Scaled Onboarding program, specifically how the program impacts product adoption and revenue retention in the first 90 days

What is needed:

  • 2-3 years of project management and/or operations experience in an agile environment
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Experience and ability to effectively capture the attention and engage large audiences 
  • Passionate about providing exemplary customer learning experiences 
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of effective learning strategies
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Technical expertise, ability, and appetite to acquire knowledge of new products
  • Desire to serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all ActiveCampaign functional areas
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with rapid change and be a strong team player
