We are seeking Program Manager, Salesforce to join our team in Dallas, TX office or remote.,

Summary

We are currently seeking a Program Manager to develop processes and structure to assist with prioritization and visibility to strategic initiatives, driving and facilitating teams, and assisting with the sharing of project management best practices and tools across the PSAS Organization. This person will maintain the portfolio view of all projects assigned as well as lead and facilitate the execution of specific key projects and initiatives. The Program Manager is expected to meet established project goals while maintaining internal customer satisfaction. The Program Manager will be responsible for helping to build, manage, and execute projects in the areas of SFDC related product operations, product execution, and product transformation; assuring project alignment to goals, and communicating the story of the initiative in a way that motivates the team and our customers to achieve the desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Works across the PSAS organization and support functions (Product, Sales, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, and Legal) to prioritize, track progress, identify risks, and communicates updates of all projects in one view. Manage and deliver business critical initiatives to exceed customer and stakeholder expectations and integrate into Salesforce systems.
  • Own large, cross-functional data & digital transformational initiatives/workstreams and help define incremental breakdown of the work for implementation and value delivery in an accelerated fashion.
  • Be accountable to drive initiatives/workstreams within the data & digital transformation, apply the most effective best practices, foster meaningful collaboration, increase technical delivery velocity, quality, predictability and value, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure milestones for Initiatives in implementations are on track and measure against value articulated at the end of each delivery cycle.
  • Primary point of contact for Initiatives with stewardship through implementation to realize business value delivery of the initiative as defined in the business case.
  • Provide support to Portfolio Managers and Business Owners for structuring their Business Case and MVP or Feature Definition.
  • Enable Product and Release Roadmap creation in collaboration with Solution Architects, Business Owners, Product Managers and teams as needed.
  • Schedules, drives, and facilitates key project discussions and updates with a structured agenda. Manages and drives follow-ups to completion.
  • Accountability and ownership of key initiatives to achieve project goals, including managing scope and timeline.
  • Plans and executes internal meetings and events.
  • Leads through issues and roadblocks while anticipating and managing project risks.
  • Acts as a change agent and a project management evangelist to the team helping the team use structured, and consistent where appropriate, project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools
  • Builds and develops internal customer relationships.
  • Ability to shift between the "big picture" and project level details. Works through detailed issues when required.
  • Adapts project management approach to effectively support the team and stakeholders.
  • Actively communicates with customer leadership, project sponsors, key stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Promote end user adoption of Salesforce.



Skills

  • 7-10 years of experience in large, global organization in cross-functional roles with progressive responsibility specifically in SFDC & digital transformations
  • Experience developing next Generation program management tools, state of the art methodologies for effective Program Management and KPIs specific to program management
  • Deep experience with SDLC, Product Development Lifecycle
  • Understanding of Agile, SAFe and Bi-Modal Delivery Structures
  • Proven leadership capability to run large program delivery spanning multiple organizations and stakeholders. Proven ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Experience with conflict resolution, working with executive management in prioritization, negotiating in matrix organization while delivery program management value to the business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical or Healthcare Related field.
  • Strong ability to communicate and influence
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Works well in a team centered environment as well as the ability to work independently
  • Experience in healthcare a plus
  • PMP Certification a plus



Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience with Sales Force delivery and/or project management.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
  • Experience with Salesforce change management
  • Understanding of data analytics and digital technology
  • Process design and efficiency
  • Ability to motivate and influence leaders and teams without direct authority
  • Financial acumen and ability to make data driven decisions
