Program Manager, Process Design

We’re looking for a Process Design expert to join Team Snapchat! Working within the Vendor Operations team to execute on cross functional projects, you will create, implement, and iterate on operational workflows to optimize efficiency, effectiveness and scalability, without sacrificing our commitment to quality or wellness. Working from our Santa Monica, CA headquarters, you’ll work with Platform Integrity, Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Engineering, Product, Policy, Sales and other teams throughout the company, as well as external stakeholders in the industry, to effectively strategize, scope, plan, and execute on highly impactful workflow processes.
What you’ll do:
Assess critical operations and current processes to recommend optimizations and best practices, in partnership with the business leaders, using lean six sigma principles;
Design new systems or processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability;
Lead improvement activities with XFN stakeholders;
Establish performance measurement criteria and program management rigor to measure the impact of process improvements;
Advise product designers, engineers, legal, and other stakeholders across content review, brand safety, customer operations, sales operations, and vendor operations to deliver solutions;
Scale models globally by collaborating internally to develop and transition new workflows to external partners, while combining automation and resourcing opportunities;
Collaborate with technical program managers, operations managers, and technology teams for effective systems implementation and change management with a focus on data protection and privacy for internal and external users;
Work with Data Science and business teams to define detailed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and reporting that encompasses both operational and financial metrics in conjunction with WFM operations;
Partner with business owners to scope and design operational processes to support new products and features;
Support ad-hoc strategic projects from executives in Platform Integrity, Customer Operations, Vendor Operations, and Sales Operations
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS from a leading undergraduate institution
5+ years in management consulting, project management, or operations
Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt
Experience in digital operations and third-party vendor operations
Expert knowledge in Change Management, Communications, and Organizational Design
A detail-oriented individual with executive presence, business acumen, and the ability to influence and communicate within all levels of the organization
Ability to travel internationally
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years successfully designing, implementing and running operational processes at a technology company
Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, or related field
Proven track record of operational excellence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment working with stakeholders across corporate functions
A team player who’s willing to get their hands dirty and help where needed
