Program Manager – Forecasting, Analytics and Insights
Our Program Manager is focused on delivering quality via enhancing our delivery processes, reporting and methodology to support delivery consistency and outcome. In this position, you will be responsible for enabling and expanding our professional services capabilities and insights within the Anaplan Methodologies platform. The role will be engaging our Customers Success and Professional Services teams to identify, design and delivery new capabilities within our Anaplan environment. These might include forecasting, resource capacity planning, program management and expanding our management reporting and analytics. This role will enable you to drive tangible quantitative results that help drive Customer & Employee satisfaction.
A key aspect is to help design and build an Anaplan solution that will better support our global project governance framework and be the solution to help govern projects and ensure delivery quality.
Your Impact:
- Manage Anaplan Professional Services Model and associated processes
- Develop strategy and design to build and improve capabilities within Anaplan model (showcase for PS)
- Ensure we have a strategy in place to meet the changing requirements for all Professional Services forecasting, KPI, project and team management and reporting requirements
- Support global revenue forecasting, project metrics, capacity planning and risk management
- Support resource Level forecasting setup and updates
- POC with Revenue and FP&A on process changes, integration and reporting requirements
- Support Global resource management
- Create a reliable repository of project data that results in better decision-making
- Manage Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting requirements for management and leadership
- Global Team Enablement i.e. how to leverage the Professional Services Anaplan solution across different roles and internal departments.
Your Qualifications:
- BA/BS
- 3+ years of Operations, Project Management, Consulting services delivery, or related financial management experience (e.g., revenue forecasting, cost management)
- Data Stack experience (e.g. visualizations, ETL,)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / financial modeling skills
- Experience with Salesforce
- PMP certifications +
- Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology - requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
- Superb written and oral communication skills
