If you’re passionate about company culture and believe that culture is shaped and impacted by people systems, please keep reading. FullStory is looking for a People Operations Program Manager to design, build, and maintain people programs that foster an unsurpassed FullStorian experience. We seek an idealist with a strong streak of pragmatism, who has evidence backed opinions on how their work affects culture and employee experience. A successful program manager makes time to be strategic while also spending time at the ground level, ensuring programs are implemented and running effectively. You’re always thinking about ways to improve and gathering feedback to continuously and strategically iterate on your programs.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Project manage active programs, establishing deadlines and communicating details to stakeholders
  • Analyze data produced from programs, such as survey responses or performance management outcome to create reports and share-outs to managers and executives focused on learnings, Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), and opportunities for improvement
  • Generate, measure, and report on metrics that measure the effectiveness of People programs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Facilitate learning and development sessions that you’ve created to support understanding and successful execution of your programs
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Recruiting, and HR Operations teams on initiatives related to your programs or the FullStorian experience

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of experience managing people programs in a HR setting or similar
  • Has experience managing data in spreadsheets and extracting data from SaaS tools
  • Has experience managing projects by planning and communicating tasks to meet deadlines
  • Has experience with people programs (e.g., performance management, employee listening, new hire onboarding, or other similar people programs)

It would be amazing if:

  • You have SaaS industry experience and have worked in HR during a time of rapid growth
  • You’ve owned long term projects or programs and understand how to balance execution with strategy-- this is a marathon, with some short sprints mixed in.
  • You have an interest (whether self-taught or formal training) in organizational development, IO Psychology, and/or the future of people strategy in progressive organizations
