Program Manager - Partner Platforms Administration
The Global Partner Programs team aims to empower Partnerships to deliver the best services and solutions so that our partners effectively deploy Zoom platform technologies. Within that team, the Partner Education team focuses on ensuring the success of our partners by developing their journey to grow their knowledge and become independent and effective sellers.
As the Program Manager - Partner Platforms Administration, you will work with the systems that enable delivery of a world class experience to Zoom partners.
You will work closely with the Partner Platforms Program manager and the enterprise systems team to execute on the partner portal and learning management system strategies, and deliver the administration and experience. You will also ensure the systems are configured according to partner requirements and that features and tools are integrated.
To be successful, this individual will have partner-facing platform experience, and the ability to deliver results in a very fast paced, hyper-growth company. With a proven track record and a passion for educating and enabling partners, they will focus on delivery of the strategic plans that support and accelerate critical route-to-market initiatives, in alignment with the other programs supporting the wide partner ecosystem. They will act as the day-to-day point person with the enterprise systems team to build a seamless, integrated experience for partners.
Responsibilities:
Successfully manage multiple projects and partnerships with internal stakeholder groups
Work cross-functionally with enterprise systems and web teams to prioritize system requirements and execute on strategic platforms administration plan
Design process for tier 1 user support and troubleshooting and train Partner Success team for both the partner portal and LMS
Act as partner platforms subject matter expert and troubleshoot complex support issues
Build content management process and administration plan for partner portal and LMS including review, testing and implementation of content updates
Coordinate integrations and configurations for partner portal experience, which includes PRM, LMS, and integrations with SFDC
Manage data migration strategy and maintain platform data integrity, such as course and program descriptions or changes, materials, user groups, etc.
Coordinate with internal stakeholder groups to identify and refresh courses and content asset libraries, and manage tracking of revisions and history
Build and execute platform reporting process, structure, and cadence in alignment with KPIs
Drive effective collaboration internally and with external vendors to deliver new and maintain existing platform features
Assist in developing and managing and enforcing platform standards, policies and procedures.
Requirements:
5+ years working in channel for a technology company preferably in software, SaaS, cloud, collaboration
5+ years working with LMS and partner portal implementation and administration
Project Management experience
Experience with learning management systems - Docebo preferred
Experience with executive level engagements and communication
Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
Salesforce CRM experience preferred
BA/ BS or equivalent experience
