About the job
This position is needed to support initiatives in driving the transformation of how we work with a mission to make it easy to work effectively at Twilio and to establish us as a globally recognized great place to build a career. We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping the organization adapt to changing needs by using data-driven methods to analyze and evaluate our organizational engagement, efficiency and performance while promoting a strong, equitable experience. 
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:

  • Support the execution and delivery of Organizational Effectiveness programs to make Twilio an increasingly great place to work.
  • Work with stakeholders across the people team to draft clear and compelling communications and enablement for Org Effectiveness programs and processes. 
  • Support the evolution of Twilio’s employee listening strategy. Own our survey tool and partner on survey design, approach, governance and reporting. Play a key role in action planning to drive year-over-year improvement.
  • Conduct benchmarking and research to track trends and best practices in the evolving workplace. Translate learnings into recommendations that help us improve and scale our ways of working across Twilio.

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR / Talent Management and/or management consulting
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate in business terms

Desired:

  • Proven track record leading large scale, global processes and projects end-to-end with multiple stakeholders that require change management and communication
  • Proven track record of delivering operational excellence and executing high quality deliverables

  • Proven capability to use data to influence top management decisions and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Ability to define, measure, and communicate program success to key stakeholders

  • Highly flexible, self-directed, and adapts well to change and accelerated timelines
  • Experience connecting talent systems, processes, data across the employee lifecycle to enhance talent and business outcomes  

Location 
This role will be remote and based in the US.
Approximately travel is anticipated.

  • The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $72,184 - $99,253
  • Non-Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
