Position Purpose: Promote increased program efficiency, service levels, and value by capturing and monitoring performance, and then identifying opportunities for improvement and strategies to realize those opportunities. Plan, organize, monitor, oversee and lead multiple, concurrent resultant projects utilizing cross functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives.

• Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
• Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
• Continually monitoring sales trends to determine which products are more popular than others.
• Implementing vendor selection programs to ensure that the best vendors are secured.
• Conducting interviews with new vendors and informing approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations.
• Demonstrating a bias for action to support vendor improvements, which includes holding vendor partners accountable to operational and deadline targets and working diligently toward them
• Strong comfort and facility with using performance dashboard tools to drive action
• Collaborating with Strategy, operations, and Finance team to provide guidance on forecasted vendor volumes and partner with Procurement on SLA development

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience.
• Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.
