Through technical implementation, optimization, and key solutions, gTech Professional Services helps customers attain their business goals while building long-term capabilities.

gTech Professional Services (gPS) enables Google's advertisers and publishers, as well as our Google promoters. We do so by providing consulting and engineering services through the customer lifecycle. We work with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better tools and services to improve our products based on the evolving needs of our users. As a cross-functional and global team, it's our job to help keep the lights on and the ads fresh.

As a Program Manager supporting the gTech Professional Services (gPS) Industry Subject Matter Expert (SME) Program, you'll be responsible for solving complex problems, designing program initiatives, and driving a large-scale, global, and highly cross-functional program across regions, industries, and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day operations for program, including driving meeting agendas and discussions, managing a large/global community, leading Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) development and inputs, onboarding, offsite content, calendar, tools, and incentives.
  • Structure and execute against strategic projects to solve for complex, ambiguous, and potentially charged issues for the SME Program.
  • Ensure global alignment across key initiatives via close partnership with core program team.
  • Design, roll out, and land new processes and program initiatives to influence global consistency, increase productivity, and improve overall program and organization operations.
  • Build narratives and communication to drive the team strategy and execute on priorities.
