Do you get excited about helping new salespeople be most productive in their first several months on the job? Do you like to create engaging, interactive programs that yield tangible results? We are seeking a strong leader to join our team to spearhead Global Onboarding and Enablement programs for our channel partners.
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for the channel. This includes onboarding, role-based learning journeys, consulting on and securing training content, scheduling and coordination with regional execution teams, deployment of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led training. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams at Alteryx to drive targeted learning journeys and enablement programs. You will work closely with a dynamic team to create new programs and enhance existing ones. You will own the strategy and work with other functional teams to build, deliver and support your plans. Key to this role is the ability to collaborate cross functionally, demonstrate versatility and effectively juggle different projects, timelines and change in a fast-paced environment, and most important, be an advocate for the channel The successful candidate will be a proven leader, exceptional collaborator and compelling presenter with strong leadership presence. Here's What You'll Be Doing
Onboarding

  • Own the strategy for partner account manager onboarding programs - creating the agenda and advocating for content that aligns to goals and objectives of the program.
  • Planning, leading, and managing all onboarding initiatives, both content creation and delivery working closely with Sales Leadership and other key business partners.
  • Create a 30-60-90-day onboarding program which articulates clear expectations, learning requirements and milestones to track progress and ensure channel readiness.
  • Collaborating and assisting as needed to deliver stellar onboarding.
  • Creating session learning briefs, holding session dry runs and providing real-time feedback to verify each speaker's aptitude for onboarding delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between new hires and their leaders.


Continuous Learning

  • Create a learning roadmap for the partner account manager role to reinforce value selling behaviors, develop or refine core sales skills and to ensure proficiency in sales execution.
  • Develop and deliver targeted, enablement programs for the channel as needed.
  • Drive partner account manager engagement in all learning programs or activities by delivering high-quality, impactful experiences.
    • Support product launches by preparing and enabling the partner account managers to understand and sell our solutions.
  • Build trust and credibility with program stakeholders, managing a productive partnership for success.
  • Create, modify, and update partner training and certification to ensure that partners have the required skills and knowledge in foundational skills as well as areas of strategic focus.
  • Ensure go to market assets are available and accessible to partners; typically, a combination of creating and sourcing available assets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create ana manage a catalog of high-value training and certification offerings.


Measuring Success & Continuous Improvement

  • Create, monitor, and report key metrics on all programs to measure productivity.
  • Continually improve each program by identifying areas of opportunity using an ongoing survey methodology and by providing continuous feedback and coaching to all session speakers
  • Advocate for the channel perspective within the GTM and marketing teams to improve messaging and content and ensure relevancy in the field.


Basic Requirements

  • 5-8 years of onboarding and/or enablement experience for medium to large scale organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree required or relevant work experience.
  • Highly collaborative and empathetic.
  • Strong Project Management skills required.
  • In-depth understanding of partner ecosystem programs and best practices in strategy and development and execution.
  • Experience working with global Partners in a high-tech environment.
  • Program Management: able to take ambiguous goals and turn them into execution plans and be able to herd distinct points of view to a common a goal.
  • Learning Design: passion and understanding for learner centric adult learning - both delivered in an asynchronous (self-study on an LMS) or real life (in person or virtual) environment.
  • Organizational Skills: ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain a positive attitude and team orientation,
  • Agility & Speed: works well under pressure, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that is constantly changing; is critical and adjusts on the fly to new demands with a sense of urgency and prioritization.
  • Track record of converting ideas to business impact,
  • Strong presentation skills & communication skills - with a unique ability to create a strong narrative for delivery to a target buyer in a very short amount of time to engage.
  • Operational Skills: solid understanding of using LMS, survey and reporting tools to provide metrics to enablement and sales leadership.
