We’re looking for a Program Manager to join the Fintech team to lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver critical internal infrastructure and enable great customer experiences. The Fintech team is responsible for the financial technology infrastructure that powers this suite of solutions and also owns Snap! Spend -- budget, collect, banking and spend management for groups.

This is a full-time, remote position.

What you'll do as a Program Manager:

  • Manage and drive the roadmap of our current financial technology infrastructure (e.g. Stripe and Netsuite) that serves multiple products in our software suite
  • Be the conduit between customer facing teams and technical teams to ensure a delightful customer experience powered by financial technology
  • Work with stakeholders cross-product and cross-function to get buy-in and drive outcomes
  • Have strong communication skills to clearly describe strategy and drill into tactics. Be able to articulate where we are on a roadmap and the journey we are taking to deliver a product.
  • Run meetings with technology and design teams such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog estimating.
  • Lead by example. Roll up your sleeves to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet our high standards of quality.
  • Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs,
  • Articulate product requirements to developers and assist with the management of the development process.
  • Find the best path forward for the business when confronted with competing requirements and priorities.
  • Take input and drive action from a diverse group of talented team members across functions.
  • Maniacal focus on “the details,” follow-up, process, audit, etc.
  • Work with Product to develop and track success metrics, ensuring the team is clear on their objectives every step of the way.
  • Work across functional teams to highlight and mitigate dependencies.
  • Develop and write compelling narratives regarding progress in FinTech Product delivery


Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the integration of Snap OS products into NetSuite for comprehensive financial reporting to the Finance team of transactional and inventory activity in products
  • Manage the implementation of a tokenization and PII vault across Snap OS products to ensure a unified KYC and payment method store for customer data
  • Evaluate fintech vendors and manage integrations
  • Manage the migration from one financial technology platform to another and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Manage integration of fintech solutions to CRM, BI and other reporting solutions


Who you are as a Program Manager:

  • You have a track record of project or program management in a fast-paced software company, delivering results and owning the outcome
  • You understand the software development lifecycle and have agile experience
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders, product, engineering & design in an Agile environment
  • You are thoroughly organized and effective at tracking and communicating progress
  • You are savvy at influencing without authority to get cross-functional buy-in
  • Colleagues view you as a team player and partner in delivering results
  • You can understand complex problems, design plans to deliver outcomes and communicate simply to stakeholders and management
  • Experience in the financial technology space
  • A growth mindset and desire to go deeper
  • Passion for coaching and teaching others
  • Use data to make decisions whenever possible
  • You’ve used software development and document tools like Confluence & JIRA to manage initiatives
  • A technical background that enables you to understand technical requirements, work with engineering leaders to plan and execute work, read and understand API documentation.


Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 5+ years of professional project and program management experience in software products
  • You have experience with Netsuite and Stripe
  • You have experience building or managing transactional payment or banking solutions
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with e-commerce websites
