Program Manager - Environmental, Social & Governance
Introduction:
As the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Manager, you will play an important role in the development and implementation of ESG programs and reporting. You will have the opportunity to influence ESG policy and drive company-wide strategy aligned with key ESG themes which include environmental sustainability, diversity, equity and inclusion, social impact, and corporate governance.
This role is great for someone with strong project/program management skills and an interest in learning more about ESG initiatives. You don't have to have all the answers, just curious mind, and excitement for building a strong company culture and a socially responsible workplace.
In this role you will:
Lead ESG initiatives and projects, from inception to roll out to reporting on results, across a variety of topics
Provide leadership and continuity across employee groups focused on ESG initiatives including Employee Resource Groups, Green Team, Cares volunteer group
Organize periodic in-person ESG leadership meetings, managing agenda, content, logistics and all other aspects of the event
Work across offices and business units to facilitate connections that will improve quality and/or efficiency of ESG initiatives
Influence the organization's ability to commit to greener energy and more sustainable processes through various channels including, but not limited to partnerships, vendor/customer relationships, employee workplaces, and product offerings
Collaborate with key partners (including Legal, HR, Marketing, Finance, et al.) to gather ESG reporting metrics and trends and achieve sustainability goals
Develop internal and external messaging that effectively articulates Quickbase practices and progress toward goals across ESG areas, including responses to customer RFPs, board updates, and management of ESG web presence
Manage and enhance ESG app to ensure goals and initiatives are communicated internally, externally and provide a channel for feedback to engage employees on suggestions
Ideally, you'll have:
Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective employee engagement programs
A keen ability to build trusting relationships with employees and other key stakeholders
Engaging facilitation and presentation skills
Strong project management tools and best practices for organizing projects, driving program results across stakeholder groups, and keeping projects organized and on track
Familiarity with the ESG landscape and trends
