Point B is looking for a Digital Strategy and Execution Program Manager to fill independent consulting positions with our teams nationwide. You can reside anywhere in the U.S. but ideally in one of our primary markets including Seattle, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, New York, Dallas, Austin, Charlotte
Further your leadership skills needed to be successful as a management consultant
Work alongside Point B consultants on critical business and technology initiatives for our customers
Build your skills and experience working across a variety of industries and functional areas
Exercise your entrepreneurial spirit and maintain your flexibility as an independent consultant
Lead our clients through transformational change by driving the development and delivery of digital strategies
Work collaboratively with client leaders to understand business challenges and the competitive market landscape to design the desired future state
Lead teams to plan and deliver on digital strategies and initiatives
Contribute to the direction of our Digital Consulting practice through exceptional client service delivery and support of business development efforts
Demonstrated experience in business case development, planning, implementation, operation, and management of digital and mobile initiatives
Implemented user-centered design principles to build dynamic customer experiences
Demonstrated ability to work directly with client executives to lead high priority initiatives and act as a trusted advisor
Proven leadership in the planning and implementation of digital strategies, implementations, and projects
Worked as an effective leader across multiple industries and business areas; Preference for industry experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail and Pharma.
B.A. or B.S. degree required
7+ years of consulting and business experience defining and executing strategies; 5+ years of experience across the digital spectrum (digital strategy, e-commerce, or mobile)
Experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects across larger organizations
