Program Manager, Delivery Partner Operations
The Program Manager of Delivery Partner Operations will join as a key member of our delivery operations team and help build and shape the team for future success. Drivers are a crucial piece of Gopuff's story and play an extremely valuable role as our key connection point to the end customer. Drivers deliver the magical experience that is Gopuff to customers across the US and our team is proud to build the operations, process, technology, support and overall infrastructure that allows them to be successful. We are a centralized team managing everything from new driver growth through pay and incentive models, compliance, customer service, communications and anything else that touches on the driver experience. Together we will build a best in the world delivery network that can support Gopuff's rapid geographic expansion as the industry leader in instant everyday needs.
Responsibilities
- Will report to the Senior Manager of Delivery Partner Programs and help steer team priorities while owning your own vertical within Delivery Partner Programs.
- Be responsible for the creation, implementation, and measurements of programs that will improve the experience of our delivery partners.
- Collaborate with fellow team members, with backgrounds in operations, driver operations, analytics, incentive creation, and people engagement so that we can successfully implement programs and initiatives that create the best in the world delivery partner experience.
- Work closely with our product and engineering teams to build tools that help us improve the delivery partner experience, marketing and growth team to build delivery partner campaigns to help educate our partners on the value of working with Gopuff.
- Proactively thinking about programs that make the lives of our delivery partners better. We want to be trend setters, not followers.
Skills
- Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit with relentlessly high standards and high attention to detail.
- Leadership ability with excellent interpersonal communication (both verbally and written).
- Must be a collaborative, cross-functional team player and comfortable partnering with a variety of teams from Product to Ops to Finance.
- Data driven - you like to solve problems using data to support creative decisions.
- Proactive & independent, always looking for ways to take initiative and improve existing programs/processes.
- Resourceful - is able to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to roll up sleeves and do the work yourself.
- Strong organizational skills, must be able to prioritize various activities.

- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in either the gig economy or last mile delivery operations.
- Experienced project manager with a proven track record of solving complex business problems from diagnosis through to execution.
- Ability to think outside the box, look elsewhere from industry norms for answers and quickly try new things not before seen in the gig economy driver space.
- Comfortable visualizing data, and developing programs around it.
- Process design expert. Ability to build deceptively simple internal and external processes, root cause problems and continuously iterate to make things better.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead cross functionally across various business and product teams to define and achieve success together.
- Analytical leader with experience designing and executing A/B tests and other statistically sound growth experiments. Extremely comfortable drawing insights from reporting tools like Looker/Tableau and translating those into actionable strategies.
- Strong presentation skills, able to synthesize complex datasets and topics into actionable insights. Ability to generate buy-in from stakeholders.
- Exceptional business acumen, maintains holistic understanding of business model, levers and cost/benefit tradeoffs.
