Job Description Summary:

We are looking for a Program Manager who is experienced and highly motivated to work and collaborate with internal teams, globally located organization, alongside product management/ engineering and other data organization teams.

This individual will work closely with our internal teams, technology partners, and cross functional engineering, UX, and stakeholders. The ideal program manager will lead and execute programs involving master data management, data governance, data quality, data security, reporting and analytics that aligns with overall JLL Enterprise Data Strategy that involves migrating to cloud data platform - Enterprise Data Platform (EDP).

What this job involves

JLL Technologies Enterprise Data team is a newly established central organization that oversees JLL's data strategy. We are seeking data professionals to work with our colleagues at JLL around the globe in providing solutions, developing new products, building enterprise reporting & analytics capability to reshape the business of Commercial Real Estate using the power of data and we are just getting started on that journey!

As a Program Manager at JLL Technologies, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving the planning, coordination and execution of enterprise data programs that span across several products and services at JLL
  • Working with key stakeholders, business, and key technical leaders to help align functional solutions and executing a plan for enterprise data management programs including master data management, operational data store, data warehousing, data quality and data governance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Detect systemic issues, process problems, and other risks and work with the appropriate colleagues to find resolutions.
  • Proactively manage assigned projects/programs to ensure milestones are achieved within plan including proactively managing execution progress, managing communications, reporting status, managing resources, managing change, removing roadblocks and resolving conflicts
  • Manages and monitors project budget, resources, deliverables, quality, forecasting, milestones, and scope
  • Provides regular and ad hoc status reports on schedule, budget, scope, and deliverables using a standardized approach
  • Tracking and reporting of key milestones and business metrics; Creating data visualizations and dashboard summaries for executive-level management.


Required Experience:

  • A BS degree in technology, computer science strongly preferred
  • 3-5+ years of program management experience, implementing efficient large-scale data platform projects through the full project lifecycle strongly preferred
  • Experience using a range of portfolio, program and project management approaches including traditional and Agile (Lean, Scrum, and Kanban) methodologies.
  • Provide thought leadership and direction on assigned program ensuring disciplined execution and continuous improvement of Program and Project Management practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders and team members with variety of personal styles to focus on right priorities under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Effective conflict & impediments management in a fast-paced environment, take higher responsibilities working with cross functional team who are working on multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying/closing gaps in the product development lifecycle
  • Self-motivated and independent critical thinker who can visualize and guide team during conflicting situations to stay focused on business goals & priorities
  • Proven experience in process development and project management principles leading to improved outcomes with the ability to prioritize activities and work on multiple activities or priorities at once and stay on track and within budget.
  • Experience communicating effectively with leaders regarding the program scope, schedule, budget, risks, mitigation strategies, status, and expectations.


Preferred Experience:

  • Product (Experience working with Product managers and product lines vs project based).
  • Foundational understanding of end to end data management process from ingestion through end-user consumption (Familiarity with web services and API ecosystems, and cloud environments)
  • Utilizes solid knowledge of the Project Management Institute's standards and terminology
  • Scrum Master certification is strongly preferred
  • Executive reporting and presentations
  • Commercial real estate Industry experience

  • Aha (Product Mgt Tool)
  • Azure Dev Ops (Program Management Tool)
  • MS Teams
  • Data visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI or equivalent)
  • Workfront
