Job Description In this role our Program Manager will focus on supporting the firm's Technology Lifecycle Management program for the Cybersecurity and Technology Controls (CTC) organization. In this role you will own all facets of project execution and be the voice of the program for our business.
This is a career differentiating opportunity to help drive technology uplift across some of the firm's most critical systems which help support protecting the firm.
At JPMC, the Cybersecurity Program Manager is in charge of developing strong program governance, driving the program level execution teams, and managing a set of internal and external stakeholders.

YOUR Tool Belt

  • 7+ years of managing large technology projects with proven track record of success
  • Strong technical background and aptitude with infrastructure projects experience including Operating Systems, Databases, Web Instances, and Desktops
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Expert experience level with manipulating large data sets and translating that data into easy to understand and follow information.
  • Expert level experience with Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and work request management through tools including JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong influence and negotiating skills, and the ability to overcome barriers and resistance to execute against strategic plans
  • Experience with coordinating and/or managing expense and capital budgets
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies in a rapidly changing environment
  • Experience working both independently and in a virtual, collaborative environment is essential.
