The role:

The Program Manager will have accountability for defining and delivering consumer-centric solutions that simplify our operating environment and improve the experience for our clients and their customers.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner across internal teams and stakeholders to understand business and operational needs

  • Evaluate, prioritize and sequence business capabilities for implementation

  • Prioritize business needs to deliver incremental change while transforming overall business

  • Establish plans, approaches and timelines; Contribute to the overarching Ops roadmap

  • Define requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for new systems and tools

  • Partner with 3rd party vendors, engineering teams, etc to build and deploy new systems/tools

  • Collaborate across the organization to align on integration and delivery execution; Minimizing duplication, gaps and re-work.

  • Work closely with our internal product and engineering teams to develop and deliver integrated consumer-facing self service solutions.

  • Collaborate across team to support implementation / go live of new features/capabilities; Partnering to inform/update: processes, procedures, training and communications

  • Solicit user feedback to learn, iterate and innovate

  • Define standard metrics to establish baselines and measure outcomes

  • Execute significant change in a fast-paced agile environment


What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree 

  • 3-5 years of experience defining and delivering consumer-centric solutions that improve business outcomes

  • Track record of successfully implementing new systems, applications and tools

  • Highly collaborative; Ability to effectively partner across all levels of the organization

  • Ability to be agile; Comfortable lead change and continuous improvements

  • Consumer / Client centric focus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Exemplary problem solving skills 

  • Demonstrates a strong bias for action

  • Outstanding time management

  • Excellent MS Office / Google Suite skills

  • Agile delivery experience, preferred

  • Financial, payment experience, preferred
