The role:
The Program Manager will have accountability for defining and delivering consumer-centric solutions that simplify our operating environment and improve the experience for our clients and their customers.
What you will be doing:
Partner across internal teams and stakeholders to understand business and operational needs
Evaluate, prioritize and sequence business capabilities for implementation
Prioritize business needs to deliver incremental change while transforming overall business
Establish plans, approaches and timelines; Contribute to the overarching Ops roadmap
Define requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for new systems and tools
Partner with 3rd party vendors, engineering teams, etc to build and deploy new systems/tools
Collaborate across the organization to align on integration and delivery execution; Minimizing duplication, gaps and re-work.
Work closely with our internal product and engineering teams to develop and deliver integrated consumer-facing self service solutions.
Collaborate across team to support implementation / go live of new features/capabilities; Partnering to inform/update: processes, procedures, training and communications
Solicit user feedback to learn, iterate and innovate
Define standard metrics to establish baselines and measure outcomes
Execute significant change in a fast-paced agile environment
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of experience defining and delivering consumer-centric solutions that improve business outcomes
Track record of successfully implementing new systems, applications and tools
Highly collaborative; Ability to effectively partner across all levels of the organization
Ability to be agile; Comfortable lead change and continuous improvements
Consumer / Client centric focus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exemplary problem solving skills
Demonstrates a strong bias for action
Outstanding time management
Excellent MS Office / Google Suite skills
Agile delivery experience, preferred
Financial, payment experience, preferred
