  • You are a high-performing Program Manager with the ability to help manage our rapidly-growing automotive and listings business


In this role you will:


  • Oversee on-the-ground program management of the large scale enterprise grade accounts
  • Lead meetings, track action items, and drive timelines for key deliverables with executive level clients
  • Communicate cross-functionally to facilitate the development of business requirements with internal and external stakeholders related to the programs success
  • Work with account team: Client Partner, Customer Success Manager, and other account team members to ensure programs success 
  • Manage weekly/monthly updates and status reports with internal and external stakeholders on the program
  • Work in partnership with the customer to develop multi year strategic roadmap for successful product adoption 
  • Report to internal and external stakeholders program results aligning to the roadmap initiatives 
  • Coordinate across business development, marketing, and client services teams to support revenue-generating opportunities for new and existing clients
  • Identify gaps in internal processes and work with leaders to determine necessary resolution


Your Qualifications Are


  • You have 6+ years of proven experience managing complex, organization-wide initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
  • You have 6+ years of experience working with technology teams
  • Able to think strategically and identify critical success factors when developing strategy and success plans 
  • Able to bridge the gap between strategic and tactical goals, meet deadlines, and have strong problem-solving skills
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills, an ability to think on your feet, lead/support a program and drive toward results
  • Can impact key stakeholders with thoughtful, strategic communication (both written and verbal) and more importantly at times be a great listener
  • Can communicate sometimes complex technical information into meaningful customer use cases 
  • Be a team player who works cross functionally with others as part of a transformational team to design shared solutions knowledge/understanding
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, team oriented, high demand and fast paced environment
  • Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure business outcomes
  • Outstanding interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to team collaboration
