About the role

The Program Manager, Advisory Board Programs will be part of the Product Marketing team at Miro, reporting to the Executive Programs & Briefings Lead.

99% of Fortune 100 use Miro, and in this role, you will be responsible for creating programs to help extract insights from our customers to inform Miro's roadmap and strategic direction, strengthen relationships to create advocates, and directly influence the success of our largest customers and prospects.

This is a highly impactful and visible role and you'll have the opportunity to shape a global and tiered program working directly with Miro's important customers and their executives!

About the team

Miro’s Product Marketing team is responsible for crafting Miro’s story. We create compelling, insight-led positioning and messaging, develop and deliver measurable/impactful go-to-market strategies, and champion customers throughout the product development process. This team partners closely with many functions at Miro, including Product Management, Design, Engineering, Sales, Success, Support, Growth, and Brand.

Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs and we look for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with a 3 days a week in office culture as our baseline.

What you’ll do

  • Design and lead effective execution of Miro's tiered Advisory Board programs
  • Lead program delivery from scoping to execution, working closely with executive program sponsors
  • Manage briefing logistics and be willing to provide hands-on support
  • Mitigate risks on program timelines and deliverables, as well as finding alternative solutions to challenges when needed,
  • Champion your program, and hold team members accountable for progress on program deliverables,
  • Manage relationships with service providers and other third-party vendors hired to support the program objectives.

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years of experience in program, project, or operations management in a high-paced environment
  • 1+ years in Briefing or Advising Board Programs
  • A structured problem solver with an eye for detail
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in English
  • Strong execution skills in cross-functional work environment
  • Highly organized and able to schedule teams across multiple regions
  • Knowledge in coordinating events management software
  • Able to establish positive and trusted relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • ​experience developing effective processes, approaches and procedures around Program Management
  • Excellent discovery skills to create custom made advisory program
