Description:The F-35 Training and Logistics Market Segment, Development and Modernization, Modified Mission Rehearsal Trainer (MMRT) Program Manager is responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance throughout development of the MMRT supporting new training system capabilities necessary to maintain air system alignment and enhancing the F-35 Training and Logistics Market Segment. The MMRT Program Manager will act as a primary customer and supplier interface (Aeronautics, JPO, and Vendors) throughout MMRT development. In this role the Program Manager will be overseeing day-to-day program execution of MMRT Development, working with RMS Supply Chain Management, Engineering Program Managers, Functional Managers and Executive Leadership to ensure timely execution of program dependencies and milestones. Additionally the MMRT Program Manager will support both Hardware and Software development through System Engineer Technical Reviews (SETRs) working with key stakeholders to develop and mature system requirements. Also included in the Program Management responsibilities will be the development/incorporation of new security baselines across the F-35 Pilot and Maintenance Training products and ensuring timely receipt of ATOs. The MMRT Program Manager will manage the staffing demand, risks and opportunities, process improvement initiatives, and make decisions based on execution metrics. The role includes shaping the F-35 Training modernization portfolio to ensure cost reductions continue to be driven into the business and a focus on reducing deployment timelines of new products across the Enterprise.
Basic Qualifications:• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills and experience leading diverse, distributed and virtual teams• Development Program Management experience• Adept at working with matrix organizations for executing and proposing programs• Proven ability to identify and build strong relationships with and influence decision makers, and maintain long-term customer intimacy• Ability to partner with peers across Lockheed Martin Business Units• Demonstrated business acumen to include experience in EVMS and performance metrics.• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills• Be willing and able to travel (both domestic and international) as required.• Must have at a minimum an active Secret Clearance with a completed investigation within the last 5 years with ability to obtain Secret SAR clearances

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
