A Program Coordinator job is currently available at Belcan in Cincinnati, OH. This is a full-time, direct role with benefits.
Principal Responsibilities for a Program Coordinator include but are not limited to the following:
* Finance Coordination:• Facilitate discussions between the technical and finance teams.• Define a report format and report on an agreed upon cadence. • Run limitation of compliance and limitations of funds discussions.
* Report Coordination:• Support Technical Team with report creation.• Determine needed content, collect content, and format content for final reports. Deliver final reports through external publication process.
* Manage Line-of-Balance (LOB): • Facilitate line-of-balance status and meetings with technical team.• Track deliverable requirements from external contracts for on-time-delivery, especially as program milestones change.
* Run Spotfire reports.
* Upload financial data into Clarity.
* Support DOORs activity to capture, trace, analyze and manage changes.
* Support generation of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in Open Plan:• Update, maintain, and provide status for schedules.• Be the liaison between Technical Leads, Project Managers (PMs), and other client personnel to gather and understand the status to perform Earned Value updates.• Support Work breakdown Structure (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Planning, Baseline Management to include Budget Change Requests (BCRs), Schedule Change Requests (SCRs), etc.
* Attend meetings (as required).
Requirements needed for role of Program Coordinator include:
* Must be local to Cincinnati, Ohio.
* Associates of Science degree in related field or 3+ years equivalent work experience.
* Some technical, or mechanical background is desired but not required. Emphasis on experience working with Engineers.
* Working knowledge of project management techniques.
* Working knowledge of Deltek Open Plan (preferred, but not required).
* Working knowledge of DOORs.
* Strong aptitude with MS Office products.
* Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
* Ability to manage multiple / competing deadlines effectively.
* Due to the nature of the work being done all applicants must be U. S. Citizen.
