Professional Services Manager
Q2 is seeking a team-focused Professional Services Manager with a passion for identifying and managing process for our Project Management team. As a market leader in digital sales, the Q2 Gro team is responsible for the ongoing innovation and expansion of Q2’s intuitive digital sales platform, which provides an optimized user experience for tasks such as account opening and loan underwriting. Our mobile-first, streamlined account opening capabilities are proven to reduce abandonment and shorten the application process to under four minutes, helping our Financial Institutions clients expand their reach through acquisition growth across digital channels.
This is a dynamic team dedicated to getting the job done (well.) Our ideal candidate is someone with a self-motivated spirit, who will interact internally and externally to ensure the customer is satisfied with the Q2 Gro Professional Services team’s projects and services. This role is responsible for consulting with leadership and other team members (development, implementations, product management and support) to be sure objectives, schedules and budgets are met according to contractual agreements and product market commitments.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, organization and insight on cross-functional development focused projects and programs.
Anticipate needs and drive results through planning, documentation, dependency coordination, tracking, internal and external communications.
Define and provide relevant metrics to track key business objectives such as velocity, capacity, predictability for management and stakeholders.
Build partnerships, work collaboratively and communicate effectively to achieve shared objectives.
Make improvements to processes to improve the experience for internal and external customers.
Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
Experience and Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years related experience in project management, business analysis or software
Minimum 3 years experience in management or leadership position in Professional Services or Implementations.
Technical Background with experience in common Scrum and Agile practices preferred.
Jira, Power BI and MS Project experience preferred.
Self-starter with proven ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment while delivering results.
Familiarity with enterprise software deployment methodologies.
Proven ability in building effective partnership with diverse groups in multiple locations/environments
Ability to convey business concepts to technically-oriented teams.
Capable of assessing and communicating risks and mitigations while managing ambiguity.
Experience managing customer and internal expectations while understanding the organizational and customer impact.
Strong organizational, process, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
