Job Description:

The Professional, Client Account Services is responsible for planning and communication of product implementation. This position works closely with the customer to finalize decisions and coordinate with the implementation manager on internal staff resources to plan product deployment, including required communication and technical customization. The Client Account ServicesProfessionalcompletes and tests system configuration, and creates all necessary documentation for the customer. The Client Account Services Professional is also responsible for proper training to the customer on key features and functionality of the system.

  • Provide project management and team leadership for implementation initiatives
  • Provide implementation guidance for project, including recommendations for best practices to the customer, and coordination of internal staff to meet set timelines
  • Develop project plan templates and schedule including technical configuration and customer communication requirements.
  • Communicate project objectives, schedule, and progress. Revise project timelines if necessary
  • Responsible for daily customer interaction and sets and maintains customer expectations
  • Use of MS office products and other web based tools required.
  • Specific experience in Sales Force, JIRA and/or Confluence a plus.


Job Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strength in issues management and problem resolution
  • Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
  • Strong judgment and problem analysis techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Influence, negotiation, leadership and presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Meeting facilitation and management2-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a technology implementation environment
  • Strong understanding of technology and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • The ability to work with third parties to integrate their technologies - SAML, OpenID
  • Packaged and customized software experience including all standard business applications
  • Bachelors degree in related field or comparable industry preferred
  • Knowledge and formal training in real estate technology and/or information security is a major plus.
