We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join our team and drive our mission to transform the way humans learn, work, and collaborate.

CoPilot Designer (CPD) is a no-code authoring tool which enables authors to create soft skill conversational learning content, encouraging learners to role play with emotionally realistic virtual humans. The Producer role will work with the CoPilot team and other internal stakeholders to help clients and partners create superb VR and desktop content that supports their business objectives.

In this role you will:

• Serve as primary point of contact for CoPilot Designer Activation clients and partners.
• Own each program’s schedule, budget, and deliverables; this includes heavy scheduling and management of assets, project requirements, milestones.
• Ensure clear communication with the team, other departments, and stakeholders by providing weekly status reports and ad hoc updates.
• Identify and articulate specific program details both internally and externally: risks, opportunities, benefits.
• Manage and contribute to support materials for CPD-A program including user manuals, videos, webinars, and other resources.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams including learning designers, product owners, narrative writers, and software developers.

Experience we are looking for:

• 5+ years in a Producer role
• 2+ of those years in software and / or game development; AR or VR a plus
• Demonstrable self-starter
• Team player with excellent soft- and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of project management, creative development, and team management
• Creative and successful problem solver
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Experience consensus-building amongst disparate teams
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Aptitude with Google Suite of services; experience with Excel, Smartsheet, Atlassian Suite, or Miro a plus
