Your Career
Unit 42 Engineering is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive key initiatives and make a direct impact on the success of our team and customers.
Leverage your expertise to drive engineering projects to successful completion, use best practices to guide the team to deliver high-quality and highly scalable software and security products. As the Senior Technical Program Manager, you are the go-to resource with a strong aptitude for solving and delivering streamlined practices and solutions.
Your Impact
Partner with our Research, Consulting, and Engineering stakeholders on product development schedules, dependencies, and budgets
Be the expert on the release life cycle process, champion process best practices, metrics, and high-quality standards with your delivery team
Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment
Create a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation, and learning
Qualifications
Your Experience
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in managing software applications, products, and services
Strong technical acumen and ability to actively participate and contribute to technical design discussions
Proficient with applications, tools, and methodologies used to organize, manage, report progress, and deliver programs and projects
Experience with agile/iterative development and program management methodologies
Comfortable driving large cross-functional programs and projects
Excellent communication, organization, and influence skills
Ability to resolve conflicts and drive issues to resolution and escalate when necessary

Disclosure required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum compensation (includes on-target earnings = base + on target incentives for sales roles) for this role to be located in the state of Colorado. If hired in Colorado, this position starts at $153,400/yr. Depending on the position offered, restricted stock units and incentive or bonus pay may be provided as part of this compensation package.
