Our Card Integrated Delivery team is looking for a dynamic Principal Project Manager to join the team! In this exciting role, you will work closely with key stakeholders (internal and external) to deliver results for Cards' highest priority initiatives, including onboarding new Partners, internal/external Partnership conversions, horizontal Card projects (e.g Puerto Rico Acquisitions launch & Direct Mail reinvention), and more.
Working in close partnership with a cross-functional program team, this person will help design and manage how work is delivered. This person will work collaboratively to identify complex problems and craft creative solutions, which considers both strategic goals and the operational execution/delivery of these objectives.
Although opportunities are endless, the key responsibilities are:
Lead high-priority new business initiatives and work streams that span across Card / Capital One to deliver critical business outcomes
Influence and manage stakeholders/Intent owners across COF ranging from VP to associate
Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Drive solutions to complex problems across cross-functional teams by applying sound business judgment when working with clients that recognize trade-offs between competing priorities that influence solution delivery
Effectively manage scope, schedule, resources and budget and communicate status, impediments, risks/issues across all levels by understanding needs of the program and leveraging defined processes, tools & systems
Deliver results and influence business outcomes across all levels of the organization

Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of experience managing projects
• At least 3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or military experience
• 5+ years of experience with portfolio, program and project management
• 5+ years of experience with lean, agile, or SAFe framework
• Project Management Professional certification
