- manage high profile Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) related projects
- practice PMP applicable processes
- manage solution delivery vendor’s scope, schedule, cost, quality, and completeness
- manage stakeholder communications and expectations
- be the lead SME on transportation technology and traveler information systems
- manage traffic video systems, programs, and processes related projects
- manage multi-disciplinary teams 
Must be well versed in ITS programs, processes, technologies, and data services
