Job Title: Payments & Fraud Jr. Project Manager
Reports to: Head of Payments

BEHOLD! The Payments & Fraud Jr. Project Manager will be the primary liaison between the payment & fraud operations team and the technical development teams, including both internal and external partners. Reporting to the Head of Payments, the candidate will speak on behalf of the departments requirements by understanding department processes and compliance mandates to ensure department priorities are satisfied.
What Caesar Will Do:

  • Manage payment integrations for new state launched, keeping schedules and requirements on track, and managing follow ups and escalations for on time product launches. The candidate will liaison with vendor partners and advocate for payment operational requests to ensure effective and compliant product.
  • Monitor and approve testing for new states and product for the wallet, ensuring quality and risk mitigation standards are met.
  • Advocate for products or processes that will enhance departments productivity or efficacy, promoting appropriate data driven changes. Keep aware of industry standards and best practices and promote adaptation when recommended.
  • Advocate for payment & fraud critical projects and product improvements based on user experience. Collect end user feedback and access risks based on product design to control best practices and compliant outcomes.


What Caesar Will Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in payments/fraud in an e-commerce environment. Experience in digital gaming or gambling an advantage
  • Strong data analysis skills and Excel experience at a high level required
  • Ability to problem solve and implement solutions quickly, often coordinating multiple teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, operational, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience of working in a highly regulated industry
  • Experience in digital payments, project management and fraud operation

Physical Requirements for Caesar:

  • Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint.
  • Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to team member and guest problems, in a timely manner.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage several projects, and not be frustrated by changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles to achieving objectives.
  • Respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Must have manual dexterity to operate all office equipment.
  • Must be able to recognize and respond to individuals with questions.
  • Must be able to maneuver around office and property.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 10 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist and work at a desk/counter when performing functions of the job.
