As the Partner Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing the delivery of multiple, concurrent, and high-impact, revenue generating programs at the corporate level. We are looking for someone who can credibly coordinate between various teams both within the Revenue Organization (i.e. Direct Sales, Channel Sales, Speciality Sales, SE, CSM, Support) and across Zoom (i.e. Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal). The Partner GTM Program Manager, will drive the implementation and adoption of program and project management standards within the Channel Sales organization and its Operations. This also includes supporting the corporate teams building and maintaining the tools, templates, procedures and training, while driving and adapting needed capabilities to facilitate the launch of complex corporate and partner initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful management of multiple parallel projects and programs

  • Oversee and drive project or program execution from inception to delivery

  • Effectively lead all needed work streams to drive and deliver NPI (New Product Introduction) into the channel

  • Actively manage key projects and programs while advocating Channel through cross-functional teams, whilst managing and resolving any conflicts/blockers that may arise along the execution journey 

  • Interact with various roles across the Revenue team and Zoom to identify, define and design projects impacting Partner GTM to deliver on complex products and programs

  • Drive the execution and completion of projects, ensuring appropriate depth and quality of the program design and implementation

  • Create, maintain and disseminate relevant project status information to stakeholders

  • Communicate, through multiple frameworks, to various levels of the organization updates updated on development initiatives and program status

  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints

  • Monitor, manage, and report on key strategic program initiatives and metrics

  • Design and build the tools, templates, reporting and procedures that are scalable and can be used across the whole range of partner initiatives

  • Act as an internal consultant on smaller projects in-flight across the organization

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex projects and programs with long term ongoing efforts

  • Demonstrated experience working and communicating exceptionally well with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams, including C suite and Executive teams, business development, product management, product marketing, program management, legal, as well as our external strategic partners

  • Deep understanding of strategies that create business value for existing offerings, and optimal routes to market for new or existing products and services

  • SaaS experience strongly preferred

  • Remain flexible to changing priorities

  • Must be a result-oriented individual with the initiative to ensure that schedules and milestones are met across teams and projects

  • Superior organizational and follow-up skills with effective capacity to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects without compromising on attention to detail
